Unless explicitly stated otherwise, clients are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase,
provided that the service has not yet been redeemed. Beyond this period, all purchases are considered
final and are no longer eligible for refund.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions: Refund requests can be made online or in person at our physical store in Japan.
Please note that gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment,
we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
