Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, clients are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the service has not yet been redeemed. Beyond this period, all purchases are considered final and are no longer eligible for refund.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase and the service has not been redeemed.
  • There is clear evidence of an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.
  • In exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of our management.

Refund requests can be made online or in person at our physical store in Japan.

Please note that gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any penalty and may be rescheduled at your convenience.
  • Same-day cancellations or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, and rescheduling will be at our discretion.
